If your “ship to” destination is in the United States, your product(s) will ship from our U.S. outlet in Plattsburgh, NY 12901. If your “ship to” destination is in Canada, your product(s) will ship from our Canadian outlet in Montreal, Canada H2Y1A3.There will never be brokerage charges or duties when you order from Mendax Micro and your product(s) is delivered to the United States or Canada. If you are elsewhere in the world, your product(s) will ship from our U.S. or Canadian outlet, other charges may apply depending on regulation and customs of the destination country.
